Questions
How can founders get more leverage from AI?
Move past one-off chat into repeatable workflows with clear inputs, tools and checks, and invest in the setup around the model, such as skills and project instructions, rather than chasing new models.
What should a business not automate with AI?
A process that should not exist. Automation scales whatever it is given, including confusion, so delete or simplify first and automate second.
Why do some people get far more from the same AI model?
The difference is the architecture around the model: harnesses, reusable skill files and workflows, not access to a better model.
